Mommacocha: Embracing the Sacred Waters of Transformation

This morning, I took some time to swim in the ocean, and as usual, it felt like I was reconnecting with Mommacocha, the sacred mother of waters. The ocean has always been a healing space for me—a place where I can just let go and let the water take away whatever I've been holding onto. Today, it was no different. I went in carrying a lot of emotional weight, and as I floated in the water, I just let it all be released, trusting that the ocean could hold it for me.

I wanted to share this because, like you, I’m still doing the work. It’s important for me to be open about that. I’m constantly moving through moments of heaviness, uncertainty, and growth. This morning’s swim was one of those times where I needed to let go of some old layers and make space for new energy.

We all carry things—whether it's grief, fear, or the need to control everything. For me, stepping into the ocean was an act of surrender. I asked Mommacocha to help me release those old patterns and to cleanse my spirit. It reminded me that life, like the ocean, is full of ebbs and flows, and our healing journeys are no different.

In my sessions, I hold space for you to do this work, too—to let go, renew, and trust the process. Whether we're moving through stuckness together or just reflecting on life, I want you to know that I’m right there with you, still navigating my own waves.

I really encourage you to find your own Mommacocha moment. It doesn’t have to be the ocean; it could be wherever you feel connected to nature. Just let yourself release and trust that healing, while not always easy or straightforward, is always worth it.

Let’s honor the sacred waters within us, together.
